Cancellation Policy
Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy At Zenify BKK, we understand that life happens and plans can change — especially when coordinating international travel and medical procedures. Our goal is to remain flexible while also respecting our surgeons, medical teams, and other clients awaiting availability. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, we kindly ask that you review the following policy: • If you need to reschedule or cancel your procedure, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. This allows us to responsibly offer the appointment to another client. • Rescheduling or cancellation is permitted up to three (3) times without penalty, provided sufficient notice is given. • If changes exceed three reschedules/cancellations, or if notice is given less than 14 days prior to the scheduled procedure, the deposit may be forfeited, as surgical time, medical staff, and facility resources have already been reserved on your behalf. This policy is in place not to be restrictive, but to ensure fairness, professionalism, and continued access to preferred surgeons and facilities for all clients. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we encourage open communication — our team is always here to support you and discuss options where possible. 📌 Terms & conditions apply.
